Frequently Asked Questions

We will do our best to get your first cleaning completed on the day after your very next trash pickup, after that the recurring cleanings will be scheduled on the day of the month our truck will be in your area. Schedules can be found on your customer portal.

Our biggest challenge to date has been adjusting to the inconsistent pickup times of the waste management companies. To avoid showing up before the trash has been emptied we prefer cleaning on the day after pickup. We can provide a same day cleaning but it will be scheduled for the very end of that day and there will be a travel charge if we show up and the trash can is still full.

The day before each cleaning you will receive a txt and email reminder of the upcoming cleaning. All past and upcoming scheduled cleanings are listed on your customer portal.

Yes in order to properly clean and sanitize the cans we will need them to be empty. If there is a few pieces of trash we will remove it, bag the trash, clean the can, and put the bag back when we are finished.

We use a secure online scheduling and billing system for online payments. An invoice will be sent out after the cleaning, follow the link to your customer portal for online payments.

Yes, if you would like to schedule an extra cleaning we will gladly come out to provide an extra cleaning for our regular price.
